Diagnostic Assessment
Your first appointment with us is called a diagnostic assessment. This session gives us a chance to learn about your history, understand your current concerns, and explore how our services may support you. It’s also a time for you to get a feel for whether we’re the right fit. If it turns out your needs would be better met elsewhere, we’ll provide referrals and resources that align with what you’re looking for. The therapeutic relationship is a key part of successful treatment, so we want you to feel supported and connected from the very beginning.
Individual Psychotherapy
After your initial diagnostic assessment, we’ll begin regular therapy sessions tailored to your needs. These sessions are a space to build trust, explore what’s weighing on you, and work together to set goals that matter. I use evidence-based approaches to support your healing and growth. How often we meet depends on your unique situation and what we decide together. Most sessions last about an hour.
Telehealth Sessions
Therapy is available through secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions—so you can access support from the comfort of your own space. Telehealth allows for the same quality of care as in-person sessions, with the flexibility to fit into your life. All you need is a private space, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera. Whether you're at home, at work, or anywhere in between, telehealth makes it easier to stay connected and consistent in your therapeutic journey.
